Job Description: Finance & Operations Assistant – BangaloreAbout Clinikk:

What is expected:
Prepare daily/weekly payment summaries and support payment processing.
Handle basic accounting entries for receipts, payments, income & expenses.
Manage petty cash, maintain logs, and ensure timely reconciliation.
Prepare bills/invoices based on internal inputs.
Coordinate vendor invoice creation and maintain documentation.
Maintain organised bookkeeping records (expenses, vouchers, supporting files).
Assist in general finance & operations activities as assigned.
Use and learn AI tools & LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for documentation,



data cleanup, process efficiency, and workflow automation.

Who you should be:
Graduate or Post-Graduate with 2–3 years of experience in finance operations/accounts.
Comfortable with Tally, Excel, Google Sheets, and basic accounting tools.
Curious about technology and willing to learn AI/LLM tools for productivity.
Robust attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
Good communication skills
Based in Bangalore.
