About the Role

We are hiring detail-oriented professionals to support Banking Operations by reviewing customer account requests, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance with CRS, FATCA, KYC, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and process account opening, maintenance, transfer, and servicing requests.

* Verify customer documents and perform due diligence checks.

* Ensure compliance with CRS, FATCA, KYC, and internal policies.

* Resolve discrepancies and escalate exceptions when required.

* Maintain quality, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT).





* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and support process improvements.

Requirements

* Graduate in any discipline.

* 03 years of experience in Banking Operations, KYC, AML, Account Verification, or Back Office Operations.

* Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.

* Positive communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office.

* Knowledge of CRS, FATCA, KYC, AML, or Customer Due Diligence is preferred.
