Responsibilities
Write technical reports based on assessments, calculations, and inspections
Lead the Implementation of RBI commercial software
Provide materials and corrosion-related expertise and recommendations.
Produce material selection designs/reports.
Liaise with specialized engineering disciplines to execute the integrity program and to resolve integrity related concerns
Experience leading/performing static equipment design and FEA/FFS.
Perform, lead and support corrosion assessments and corrosion modelling
Perform basic cathodic protection calculations (anode mass, number, size, location) for subsea.
Produce engineering calculations based on engineering concepts and API/ASME standards
Liaise with specialized engineering disciplines for resolution of integrity related concerns
Involvement with industry associations and academic institutions
Participate in studies regarding Risk Based Inspection and fitness assessment of pressurized equipment
Project management
Interface with clients, personnel, and subcontractors
Perform QA/QC checks and review material and corrosion related work.
Compliance with the company’s Quality and HSE policies
Achieve company goals / personal KPI’s.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering degree (or greater); Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Petroleum or related specialty required
15+ years of experience as a Asset Integrity Management in oil and gas required.
Proficiency with integrity management databases preferred.
Solid report writing experience preferred.
Willingness to develop a wide range of skills and flexibility to work on a variety of projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
