Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth for the company's Calibration Services Division by acquiring recent customers, maintaining existing accounts, promoting Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and achieving sales and revenue targets. The role requires strong customer relationship management, technical understanding of calibration services, and the ability to develop current business opportunities across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities for calibration services across assigned territories.
Generate leads through direct customer visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Develop business with OEMs, manufacturing industries, pharmaceuticals, automotive, aerospace, laboratories, and process industries.
Promote calibration services, Annual Calibration Contracts (ACC/AMC), and value-added services.

Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.




Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable calibration solutions.
Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, and service discussions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales & Commercial Activities
Prepare quotations, proposals, and techno-commercial offers.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
Follow up on quotations and convert prospects into confirmed orders.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Coordination & Execution
Coordinate with the Calibration Laboratory and Operations teams for timely service execution.
Ensure timely submission of customer documentation and reports.
Follow up on service completion, invoicing, and payment collections.
Maintain CRM records and update customer interactions regularly.
