About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager OTO to lead and manage a team of Academic Counselors/Sales Executives responsible for one-to-one sales consultations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in team management, revenue generation, coaching, and driving sales performance in a fast-paced EdTech workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Academic Counselors/Sales Executives.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and monitor team performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and coaching.
Drive team productivity and ensure achievement of revenue goals.

Sales & Revenue
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Monitor the complete sales funnel from lead allocation to enrollment.
Improve lead conversion rates through effective sales strategies.




Handle escalations and assist the team in closing high-value opportunities.

Performance Monitoring
Track KPIs such as:
Revenue
Conversion Rate
Talk Time
Productivity
Follow-up Effectiveness
Enrollment Rate
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Analyze sales data and identify improvement prospects.

Training & Development
Conduct onboarding and continuous training for new and existing team members.
Facilitate role plays and objection-handling sessions.
Ensure adherence to sales processes and quality standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with various teams.
Share market insights and customer feedback to improve products and sales processes.
Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the enrollment journey.
