Client Relationship Management

Establish and maintain solid, long-lasting client relationships.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience.

Client Engagement & Satisfaction

Monitor and assess client satisfaction levels, addressing any concerns proactively.

Engage with clients regularly to understand their needs and ensure solutions align with their goals.

Troubleshooting & Problem

Solving Identify challenges faced by clients and provide timely, effective solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues that may impact client satisfaction or business performance.

Business Growth Support





Assist in strategizing and executing initiatives to drive business growth for clients. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling while maintaining trust and transparency.

Collaboration

Work closely with sales, marketing, and internal teams to align client strategies with organizational objectives.

Participate in client meetings, project discussions, and internal reviews to ensure smooth communication and execution

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
