Job Summary

The General Manager – Projects & Planning will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, leading project planning, coordinating and driving the execution of strategic initiatives across the Real Estate, Hospitality, and Logistics sectors. The role requires representing the organization in client and investor meetings, preparing skilled presentations, developing commercial documents, and ensuring smooth coordination from project conceptualization to execution.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Meetings
Represent the organization in meetings with clients, investors, consultants, government authorities, and strategic partners.
Identify current business opportunities in Real Estate, Hospitality, and Logistics.
Conduct project discussions, negotiations, and follow-ups with prospective partners.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of business commitments.

Project Planning & Strategy
Prepare project feasibility studies and business plans.
Develop project implementation strategies and execution roadmaps.




Monitor project progress, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, legal advisors, and project teams.
Stay updated on current government policies, schemes, and regulatory developments relevant to the Real Estate, Hospitality, and Logistics sectors.
