Achieve
Sales Targets: Ensure the store meets its sales targets
and adjust strategies when needed to stay on track.
Seasonal
Planning: Make sure the store is prepared for
seasonal events and has the right staffing levels in place.
Store Presentation Competition:
Implement
Brand Guidelines: Follow and enforce guidelines for visual




merchandising (VM) and marketing to maintain the brand image.
Stay
Competitive: Keep an eye on local competitors and take
steps to gain an advantage in your market.
Customer Experience:
Connect
with Customers: Build strong relationships with customers
