Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have expertise in digital and offline marketing, campaign management, market analysis, and team collaboration, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
Lead lead-generation initiatives to support sales and business development teams.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth prospects.
Manage content marketing, social media, email marketing, and brand communication activities.
Coordinate with creative, sales, product, and external agency teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Monitor marketing budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI).




Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed performance reports.
Mentor and guide junior marketing executives and coordinate team activities.
Organize promotional events, exhibitions, webinars, and product launches.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and project management skills.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
