Job Title: Store /Warehouse Manager
Location: Aluva
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Store/Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, material receiving and issuing, stock accuracy, and ensuring uninterrupted material availability for production.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
Monitor stock movement and ensure timely replenishment.
Coordinate with the Production, Purchase, and Quality teams for smooth material flow.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward materials.
Ensure proper storage, handling,
and preservation of materials.
Prepare inventory reports and maintain MIS records.
Follow company policies and safety standards within the store.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience as a Store Manager or Store In-Charge in a manufacturing company.
Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and store operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Software.
Robust organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production requirements.
