Independently achieve the assigned sales targets within the allocated territory.
Identify, develop, and convert recent business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Plan and execute regular customer visits, product demonstrations, presentations, and promotional activities.
Generate enquiries, follow up on quotations, negotiate orders, and ensure timely closure of sales.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with dentists, dental colleges, dealers, hospitals, and key opinion leaders.
Organize and coordinate customer meetings, workshops, and training programs, including ensuring participant attendance wherever required.
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, and provide regular market feedback to the management.
