Executive Assistant to Australian Management

Location: Patiala, Punjab Supporting Our Melbourne, Australia Head Office

Early Morning Shift (Australian Business Hours)

Salary: ₹35,000–₹50,000 per month (Based on Experience) + Performance IncentivesJoin a Growing Australian Company

We are a rapid-growing landscaping and building supplies company based in Melbourne, Australia. As we continue to expand, we are building a dedicated offshore support team in Patiala.

We are looking for a highly organised, professional and proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with our Australian management team. This is a long-term career opportunity with genuine room for growth into a leadership position.

Your Responsibilities
Manage executive emails and calendars
Prepare skilled reports, letters and presentations
Coordinate meetings and follow up action items
Prepare quotations and business documents
Communicate with customers, suppliers and staff
Assist with recruitment and onboarding
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)




Organise company documents and shared files
Conduct online research and prepare summaries
Monitor projects and ensure deadlines are met
Support Australian management with day-to-day administration

Essential Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager or Senior Administrator
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail
Qualified and confidential approach to work
Excellent time management and ability to prioritise
Comfortable working independently
Willing to work early morning hours supporting Melbourne, Australia

Technical Skills

Experience with the following is highly regarded:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Google Workspace
