Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare tissue samples for examination by pathologists.
Perform various histopathological tests, including DMLT (Direct Molecular Methods) and IHC (Immunohistochemistry).
Ensure proper labeling and handling of samples to maintain accuracy and integrity.
Assist senior technicians in conducting specialized procedures such as frozen sections and block preparation.
Maintain accurate records of test results, patient information, and inventory management.
