This role entails working independently in the area of Recruitment directly with the senior management of the company:
Partnering with Director & technical managers in the org
70% Recruitment + 30% Other responsibilities
Other responsibilities will be designed as per the candidates interests and eagerness to learn recent skills
Screening resumes, make cold calls to suitable candidates
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
Performing reference and background checks
Making recommendations to company technical managers
Coordinating interviews with the technical managers
Following up on the interview process status
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Communicating employer information and advantages during screening process

6 days a week (2nd & 4th Saturday are holidays)

Industry: Architecture, Engineering & Construction - Software Services

Desired Candidate Profile:

1)



Min Bachelors’ degree in any field. MBA would be an advantage.

2) Experience of end to end Recruitment process

4) Must have proven experience working with technical candidates

5) Flair in using softwares, MS Office, Diagrams and Charts etc6 days a week (2nd & 4th Saturday are holidays)

Functional Area: Human Resource - Recruitment
