Job Summary

The Service Coordinator is responsible for handling customer service requests, coordinating with service engineers, maintaining service records, and ensuring timely completion of installation, breakdown.

Key Responsibilities
Receive customer service requests through phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Register and assign service calls to service engineers.
Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and visit status.
Follow up with service engineers Maintain records of service calls, complaints, and service reports.
Coordinate with the Stores department for spare parts required for service
Prepare quotations for spare parts and service charges in Tally
Update customers on the status of their service requests.
Ensure customer complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.

Requirement
Graduate in any discipline
1–2 years of experience. Experiance in customer service or service coordination is preferred.
Positive communication skills
Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
