Position: HR Intern – Documentation & Digitization

Duration: 3–6 Months (Internship)

Location: Chandivali, Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Intern to support the HR team in digitizing employee records, maintaining documentation, and ensuring accurate data management. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR operations and document management processes.

Key Responsibilities
Digitize and organize employee files and HR documents.
Scan, upload, and maintain electronic records in the HR management system.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of employee documentation.
Update employee information in HR databases and spreadsheets.
Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation as required.
Support onboarding documentation and employee file management.
Ensure proper filing, indexing, and retrieval of digital and physical records.




Assist the HR team with administrative tasks and process improvements.

Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of HR documentation and record-keeping.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Positive communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with HRMS or document management systems is an advantage.
Basic data entry and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
