Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to generate new business leads through cold calling, manage client visits, and support marketing activities. The ideal candidate has a background in sales, with prior exposure to electronics products or STEM education being a strong plus. This role is central to our business development efforts and requires someone comfortable with outbound calling, field visits, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold calling to prospective clients/customers to generate new leads and business opportunities
Identify, qualify, and follow up on leads generated through calls, marketing campaigns, and referrals
Schedule and conduct client visits to present products/services, understand requirements, and close deals
Build and maintain solid relationships with current and existing clients
Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, product demos, promotional events, and campaigns
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, visits, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel/reporting tools




Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and lead generation goals
Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing team to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to share with the team
Prepare basic reports on calls made, visits conducted, and conversion status

Required Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Science/Engineering/Electronics background)
1–4 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, or business development
Prior experience in electronics products or STEM education/EdTech sector is a robust plus
Proven track record of cold calling and lead generation
Willingness to travel locally for client visits

Key Skills
Robust communication skills (verbal & written)
Confident telephone etiquette and persuasive pitching ability
Basic knowledge of electronics/STEM concepts (preferred, not mandatory
