We are looking for a skilled Lead UI/UX Designer with solid experience in marketing platforms and content analytics ecosystems. This role focuses on designing intuitive, data-driven user experiences that enable marketers and analysts to derive actionable insights efficiently.

The ideal candidate will combine design thinking, user research, and analytics understanding to create seamless experiences across dashboards, reporting tools, and content platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

UX Strategy & Design
Lead end-to-end UX design for marketing and content analytics platforms
Define user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models
Design intuitive interfaces for dashboards, reporting tools, and data exploration workflows

Data-Driven Experience Design
Translate complex analytical data into easy, intuitive visual experiences
Work closely with analysts to improve data storytelling and interpretation through UI
Optimize layouts for KPIs, insights consumption, and decision-making efficiency

User Research & Insights




Conduct user research to understand marketing users, analysts, and content stakeholders
Identify pain points in existing tools and workflows
Use insights to improve usability, engagement, and adoption
Align UX with marketing funnels, engagement metrics, and conversion goals

Design Systems & Consistency
Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides
Ensure consistency across multiple platforms and products
Promote scalable and reusable design patterns

Required Skills & Qualifications
Robust proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript for building scalable, maintainable front-end applications
Hands-on experience with modern frameworks (React.js/Vue.js) using component-based architecture and state management
Expertise in Next.js for SSR, SSG, and building high-performance, SEO-friendly applications
Advanced skills in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and CSS-in-JS (Styled Components/Emotion/
