Job Purpose

The Investment Counselor (IC) will be a senior client-facing advisor responsible for delivering holistic, portfolio-led investment advisory to HNI/UHNI clients. The role focuses on asset allocation, portfolio construction, tactical investment recommendations, and cross-asset advisory aligned to client risk profiles and financial objectives.

The IC will partner closely with Relationship Managers (RMs)



to deepen client relationships, drive AUM growth, and ensure best-in-class advisory standards with strong governance and compliance oversight.

Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Portfolio Management
Act as a trusted investment advisor for assigned HNI/UHNI clients.
Conduct detailed portfolio reviews and recommend asset allocation strategies aligned to client risk appetite and financial goals.
Provide actionable investment ideas across asset classes Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Structured Products, and Alternates.
Drive portfolio rebalancing and tactical allocation in line with internal research and market outlook.
Ensure suitability, risk profiling, and documentation as per regulatory guidelines.
Business Growth & Revenue Delivery
Support RMs in acquiring recent clients and expanding wallet share of existing relationships.
Drive sustainable AUM growth through structured adviso
