Key Responsibilities:
Source and select products based on customer demand and market trends.
Manage purchasing, inventory, and stock availability across all stores.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Maintain supplier relationships and resolve quality or delivery issues.
Optimize product pricing and margins to maximize profitability.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve product range.
Track sales, inventory, and buying performance through regular reports.
Key Requirements:
Graduate/MBA.
8–10 years of experience in retail buying and merchandising.
Solid negotiation, inventory management, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple products and vendor relationships effectively.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
