As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in Mechanical Engineering at Dynolt Technologies, you'll embark on an exciting journey into the world of clean energy technology. This role offers hands-on learning and development, giving you the chance to work on real projects, collaborate with experienced engineers, and build a solid foundation in electronics packaging, thermal management, and mechanical design.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting in Design and Modeling: Work under the guidance of senior engineers to create 3D models and drawings for mechanical enclosures and supporting structures using CAD tools like SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Basic Thermal Analysis: Learn to conduct basic thermal analysis using tools such as ANSYS, contributing to designs that ensure effective heat dissipation.
Structural and Vibrational Analysis: Support structural analysis to ensure design durability and reliability in real-world operating conditions, with exposure to Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
Collaboration in Electronics Packaging: Participate in packaging design for electronics,



collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop productive, space-saving housing for components.
Manufacturing and Prototyping: Gain exposure to manufacturing processes and assist in developing and testing prototypes for production readiness.
Documentation and Compliance: Help with maintaining accurate documentation of designs to meet regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD); familiarity with basic simulation tools (ANSYS) is a plus.
Foundational knowledge of thermal management and electronics packaging concepts.
Willingness to learn about manufacturing processes, DFM (Design for Manufacturability), and DFA (Design for Assembly).
