Role Summary

The Head Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) will be responsible for leading the operations, maintenance, and

service delivery of all Pan-India Government projects executed by Innovatiview Technologies. The role requires

ensuring operational excellence, maximizing asset uptime, managing stakeholder relationships, and maintaining





compliance with contractual obligations and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Leadership
Lead end-to-end Operations & Maintenance activities for all Government projects across India.
Establish and implement O&M; strategies, SOPs, and service delivery frameworks.
Ensure adherence to project SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Project Management
Manage operations of Museums, Science Parks, Experience Centres, Smart Infrastructure, and other

Government projects.
Oversee project mobilization, maintenance schedules, and resource planning.
Conduct regular project reviews and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

Maintenance Management
Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
Ensure maximum system uptime and uninterrupted operations.
