Job Summary

The Computer Software Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training in computer applications, software development, and IT-related subjects. The trainer will develop students' technical skills through classroom instruction, practical laboratory sessions, assignments, and project-based learning while ensuring alignment with industry standards and curriculum requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training in computer software and IT-related subjects.
Teach programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL (as per curriculum).
Train students in office productivity tools including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Conduct practical sessions on database management, web development, software applications, and basic networking concepts.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, assignments, and laboratory exercises.




Assess students through tests, practical examinations, projects, and assignments.
Monitor student attendance, performance, and progress, providing guidance where required.
Maintain laboratory equipment, software installations, and ensure systems are ready for practical sessions.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, software tools, and industry trends.
Organize workshops, coding competitions, seminars, hackathons, and technical demonstrations.
Mentor students in project development and career readiness.
Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation as required by the institute.
Follow institutional policies regarding discipline, safety, and quality standards.
Collaborate with other faculty members to improve curriculum delivery and learning outcomes.
