Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Export Executive (H-Card Holder) to manage export documentation, customs clearance, and shipment coordination for Air and Sea exports. The candidate must possess a valid Customs H-Card and have hands-on experience in export operations, documentation, and coordination with Customs, CHAs, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Valid Customs H-Card is Mandatory.
2–5 years of experience in Export Documentation and Customs Clearance.




Valuable knowledge of Air & Sea Export Operations.
Experience in handling ICEGATE, Shipping Bills, and export documentation.
Knowledge of Customs Act, DGFT regulations, and Export Compliance.
Familiarity with Incoterms and international trade documentation.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems/Tally/Sap, will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
