We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Caller to connect with potential customers, introduce our services, understand customer requirements, and generate qualified leads or sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
Introduce the company's services professionally.
Understand customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings.
Follow up with interested prospects through calls and emails.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
Handle customer objections professionally.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Experience
1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Outbound calls, IT sales, cold calling or Business Development is preferred.

Preferred Knowledge

Candidates should have basic knowledge of CRM software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
