Key Responsibilities1. Hospital & Patient Calling Duties:
Appointment Management: Handle inbound and outbound calls to book, confirm, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments for various doctors and medical departments.
Service Promotion: Educate patients about specialized hospital health packages, wellness check-ups, diagnostic services, and insurance assistance.
Follow-Up Care: Conduct reminder calls for scheduled visits and follow-up check-ins post-treatment to ensure customer satisfaction and continuity of care.
Grievance Handling: Listen to patient inquiries or urgent complaints with empathy, routing critical issues to Duty Medical Officers (DMOs) or hospital administration.
College & Education Calling Duties:
Lead Generation & Conversion: Reach out to prospective students and parents who have expressed interest in various academic courses and college programs.
Counseling & Information Provision: Explain course structures, eligibility criteria, fee details, campus facilities, and key admission timelines clearly and persuasively.
Admission Guidance:



Guide candidates step-by-step through the application and admission pipeline to ensure maximum conversion rates.
Event & Webinar Outreach: Call leads to invite them to campus tours, open houses, counseling sessions, or career webinars.
General & Administrative Duties:
Database Management: Accurately log call outcomes, update interaction notes, and maintain clean database records in the CRM system or Excel spreadsheets.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for call volumes, lead conversions, and appointment bookings.
Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate smoothly with the marketing, admissions, and hospital front-desk teams to hand over hot leads or high-priority patient cases.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Any Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or BPO/Inbound-Outbound calling role
