15 years of work experience in the pharmaceuticals, speciality chemicals industry handling finance function including business finance, costing, MIS reporting, budgeting, treasury, tax compliance, audit and all finance sub functions
Knowledge/ Technical Skills
Good understanding of pharmaceuticals, speciality chemicals industries preferred.
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate the finance team.
Robust understanding of MIS reporting, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Costing, Expense and Budget management
Robust compliance record on IT, GST and audit compliance
Ability to budget and forecast cash flow requirements based on quarter-to-quarter budgeting and rolling sales forecasts.
Ability to budget and forecast cash flow requirements for projected Capex requirements.
Ability to maintain healthy cash reserves in the company by managing both incoming and outgoing cash flow.
Experience of having worked with financial institutions and other partners to secure credit as required.
Positive secretarial understanding to work with consultants to enable stock market listing/issue as and when required.
Interpersonal and Communication Ability: The ability to build relationships with clients, suppliers, internal departments and other stakeholders, and to effectively communicate to all audiences.

Budget & Plan
Prepare bottom up quarterly and yearly business plan and budget and present it for approval.
Monitor Sales numbers in-line with approved quarterly and annual budgets.
Monitor and intervene when required to ensure Margin numbers in-line or exceeding approved quarterl
