Medical Data Entry Operator to assist a doctor in a dermatology/aesthetic clinic, the candidate should be responsible for accurate documentation, patient record management, and supporting smooth OPD operations

Ideal Candidate Profile
Excellent typing and data entry skills.
Quick learner with robust attention to detail.
Ability to understand medical terminology.
Comfortable working alongside doctors during consultations.
Maintains complete confidentiality of patient information.
Organized, disciplined, and able to work in a rapid-paced clinical workplace.

Daily Responsibilities
Review the doctor's appointment schedule.
Prepare patient records before consultations.
Enter consultation notes in real time.




Upload investigation reports and consent forms.
Verify treatment entries before billing.
Prepare the next day's patient list.
Submit end-of-day consultation and documentation reports

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc., BCA, BA, or equivalent)
Certification in Computer Applications is an advantage
1–3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or diagnostic center
Experience with EMR/Hospital Management Software preferred

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
