We are looking for a passionate Python Developer who enjoys solving real-world problems using AI and scalable backend systems.

Role Overview

As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AI applications powered by LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). You will work closely with product managers, AI engineers, and frontend developers to build intelligent, production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend services and APIs.
Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
Integrate Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, etc.) into enterprise applications.
Develop document ingestion, chunking, embedding, indexing,



and retrieval workflows.
Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or FAISS.
Implement prompt engineering, evaluation, and response optimization techniques.
Build REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, latency, and cost.
Integrate cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) where required.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and Agile development processes.

Required Skills
2+ years of experience in Python development.
Robust understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Hands-on experience building RAG applications.
Experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or open-source models.
Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or simila
