Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive who will be responsible for outbound prospecting through cold calling, introducing RARR’s products and services, and scheduling product demos with decision-makers. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients from provided databases/leads
Introduce and explain RARR’s products and services (atsMantra, ERP solutions, etc.)
Identify client requirements and generate interest in the offerings
Qualify leads and schedule product demos with respective managers/sales team




Maintain and update lead status in CRM/trackers
Follow up with prospects to ensure maximum conversion to demo stage
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth handover of qualified leads
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and demo booking targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
Basic understanding of B2B sales processes
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined

Education
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
