Oversee line haul operations, including route planning, transportation, and vehicle training.
Develop business development strategies to increase revenue growth through effective fleet management and MIS reporting.
Ensure compliance with e-commerce logistics standards and multi-state operations requirements.
Monitor performance metrics such as on-time delivery rates and customer satisfaction scores.
