Role & responsibilities

Business Development
Identify and develop recent business opportunities across target industries and regions.
Generate leads through consultants, architects, EPC contractors, system integrators, PMC firms, and end users.
Develop market penetration strategies to expand the company's presence.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and solution-based sales discussions.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Sales Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting, and revenue targets.
Review enquiries, quotations, commercial proposals, and contract negotiations.
Ensure timely follow-up on opportunities and improve conversion ratios.
Coordinate with Marketing, Design, Estimation, Engineering, Production,



and Project teams for seamless project execution.
Drive CRM adoption and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and MIS.

Key Account Management
Manage relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
Identify prospects for repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
Resolve commercial and customer-related issues effectively.

Required Skills
Proven experience in B2B project sales and business development.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
Experience in handling large-value projects and institutional sales.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
