About The Job
The Head of Design will define and drive Company’s overall design vision across categories,

ensuring every collection reflects the brand’s unique character while responding to evolving

consumer tastes and market prospects. This is a leadership role for a seasoned design

professional who brings creative depth, cultural sensitivity, solid product thinking, and a sharp

commercial instinct.

What We’re Looking For
12+ years of design leadership experience in premium consumer products
Robust expertise in at least two relevant categories such as bags/accessories, home

décor, gifts, or textiles.
Proven experience working closely with sourcing and merchandising from concept to shelf
Strong understanding of materials, prototyping, and production processes
Command across disciplines such as illustration, graphic design, textiles, and interiors
A robust portfolio showcasing trend-aware, culturally attuned, and commercially

successful work
Deep awareness of design and cultural trends in India and global markets.




Ability to translate brand identity, trends, consumer insight, and sourcing realities into

distinctive collections
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with C

suite and senior stakeholders
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design from a reputed institution; business

understanding is an advantage

Lead Company’s design direction across key product categories
Build original, brand-right collections that balance creativity with commercial viability
Partner closely with sourcing, merchandising, and product teams to bring ideas to life
Strengthen Company’s visual and product identity in a way that feels fresh, elevated, and

ownable
Mentor and inspire the design team while setting a high bar for taste, quality, and

execution
