Stipend

₹3,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on skills, interview performance, attendance, and internship performance).

Job Summary

Charisma Group is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. This internship is suitable for students, recent graduates, and freshers who are interested in gaining practical experience in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
Assist with onboarding documentation and HR administration.
Support employee engagement and recruitment activities.




Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Eligibility
Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree or MBA (HR or a related field).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Freshers and students are encouraged to apply.
