We are looking for a confident and energetic Tele caller Executive to promote our software solutions to prospective customers. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Hindi, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable making outbound calls, explaining product features, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our software solutions.
Explain product features, advantages, and pricing in a clear and persuasive manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software products.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Schedule product demonstrations and follow-up calls.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.




Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Qualification

Any Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant experience

Weekly Sunday off
