Key Responsibilities
Lead Regional Operations: Manage end-to-end sales, client onboarding, and support functions.
Drive Revenue: Own the South Mumbai commercial leasing and sales targets.
Manage Teams: Guide, mentor, and track the performance of on-ground teams.
Monitor CRM: Maintain strict discipline in funnel tracking, conversions, and dashboards.
Close Deals: Directly engage in high-value negotiations with corporate clients.
Solve Problems:



Use data-driven insights to resolve bottlenecks in daily execution

What We Are Looking For
Experience: 10–15 years of total experience in the real estate industry.
Leadership: Minimum 4–5 years managing regional or city-level sales and cross-functional teams.
Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in commercial real estate or corporate leasing is preferred.
Alternative Industries: We welcome leaders from co-working, corporate facility management, business centers, retail leasing, or high-involvement B2B services.
Tech Savvy: Strong command over CRM tools and analytical dashboards.
