Role Description

Qrious Curators is looking for a
Meta & Google Ads Specialist
for a full time, in office role based in Jaipur.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
and
Google Ads
platforms. You will work closely with the creative,



content, and web development teams to build high-performing campaigns that generate quality leads, increase conversions, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Day-to-day responsibilities include campaign strategy, audience research, keyword planning, budget management, A/B testing, conversion tracking, performance analysis, and preparing detailed campaign reports. The role requires continuously identifying optimization opportunities and implementing data-driven strategies to improve campaign performance while aligning with client objectives.

Qualifications
Proven experience managing
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
and
Google Ads
campaigns.
Solid understanding of campaign objectives including Lead Generation, Website Traffic, Sales, Brand Awareness, and Remarketing.
Hands-on experience with
Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Conversion Tracking, and Google
