JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Manager- Purchase ( Supply Chain Manager)

Report to: Chairman & MD

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Engineering

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Bagru, Jaipur

Office Time: 9:00 to 05:30 PM

IT literacy:
Experience of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, access database software, Google drive etc.

Job Responsibility:
Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid production delays.
Maintain a high accuracy rate for purchase orders (minimizing errors and discrepancies).
Achieve cost savings targets through effective negotiation and sourcing strategies.
Maintain high-quality standards for suppliers, ensuring materials meet required specifications.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability and favorable terms.




Optimize inventory turnover rates to balance availability with cost and Ensure high accuracy in inventory records through regular audits.
Identify and implement process improvements in the procurement function.
Ensure the procurement team is well-trained and up-to-date with industry best practices.
Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement.
Work closely with other departments (e.g., production, finance, R&D;) to align procurement with overall company objectives.
