office operations intern

ProjExperts Pvt. Ltd., Erragadda, Hyderabad

full-time, in office internship
where you will support the daily operations of the office while ensuring a smooth experience for students, clients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities




Welcome and assist office visitors professionally.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and customer enquiries.
Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars.
Organise documents, records, and project-related files.
Assist with office administration and inventory management.
Support invoice tracking, expense records, and basic administrative tasks.
Coordinate with students, clients, and the technical team.
Assist in organising training sessions, meetings, workshops, and events.
Help improve office processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
