Excellent communication skills in English (Kannada is an added advantage).
Passion for working with children aged 2.5–5 years.
Robust classroom management and child supervision skills.

Knowledge of play-based and activity-based teaching methods.
Ability to plan and conduct creative activities, storytelling, rhymes, music, art, and craft.
Basic computer skills (MS Office and smart classroom tools).

Team player with a positive attitude and skilled ethics.
Physically active and able to participate in classroom activities with young children.
Montessori or phonics teaching experience.

Responsibilities
Knowledge of early childhood development.
First Aid certification (preferred).
Experience in handling preschool classroom routines.
Creative in preparing teaching aids and learning materials.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
