Roles & Responsibilities
Design, build, and configure OIC integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party systems.
Work independently as an Individual Contributor delivering high-quality integration solutions.
Handle inbound and outbound integrations using OIC.
Support and troubleshoot OIC-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver efficient solutions.
Stay updated with Oracle OIC & HCM Cloud enhancements to recommend best practices.
Skills & Requirements
Must Have:
6+ years of experience in Oracle OIC.
Solid expertise in OIC integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud.
Experience in building OIC (VBCS/PCS) integrations.
