Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders.
Issue and track job cards throughout the manufacturing process.
Coordinate with Design, CAD, Casting, Manufacturing, Setting, Polishing, Plating, and Quality teams.
Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and ensure production targets are achieved.
Plan manpower and machine capacity to optimize production.
Coordinate with the Stores team to ensure timely availability of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and consumables.
Track production delays and resolve bottlenecks through cross-functional coordination.
Maintain production MIS reports, order status reports, and delivery schedules.
Ensure minimum production loss and control material wastage.
Follow up with vendors and internal departments for outsourced processes.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and production timelines.
Robust knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes.
Production planning and scheduling expertise.
Inventory and material planning.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
