We are seeking a Security Automation Engineer to support onboarding, integration, and automation of security tools across acquired entities (AEs). This role combines hands-on Cloudflare support (DNS, onboarding, troubleshooting) with building scalable automation solutions using Python and APIs.

This is an ideal role for someone with solid automation experience, deep Python expertise, and solid networking fundamentals. Experience with Splunk SOAR and/or Cloudflare is a solid plus but not required.





Primary Responsibilities:
Automation Development
Design and develop automation workflows to onboard and integrate security tools across Acquisitions
Build Python-based integrations for platforms such as Cloudflare, Zscaler, Tanium, and others
Develop and consume REST APIs (authentication, retries, pagination, error handling)
Create and maintain automation playbooks using Splunk SOAR or similar orchestration tools
Automate workflows such as:
Domain and application onboarding
Evidence collection and reporting
Configuration validation and compliance checks
Troubleshoot and optimize automation for performance, reliability, and scalability
Cloudflare Support Networking
Support onboarding of domains and applications into Cloudflare (e.g., L7 partial setups, CNAME routing)
Configure and troubleshoot DNS records (A, CNAME, TXT, etc.)
Diagnose connectivity, routing, and performa
