Position: Commercial HeadRole Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Commercial Head
to lead our commercial strategy, drive business growth, and oversee the end-to-end commercial lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales closures, commercial negotiations, and bid management, with experience working in leading organizations and contributing significantly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities




Drive commercial strategy to achieve the company's revenue and profitability objectives.
Lead and execute high-value sales closures with enterprise and strategic customers.
Own the end-to-end commercial closure process, including pricing, negotiations, contract structuring, and finalization.
Lead and manage the preparation, submission, and negotiation of bids, RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Legal, Delivery, and Operations to ensure seamless commercial execution.
Identify recent business prospects and contribute to expanding the company's market presence.
Establish commercial governance, optimize deal structures, and mitigate commercial risks.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop winning commercial strategies.
