We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, be comfortable working with computers and software systems, and be a quick learner. Key Responsibilities
* Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations.
* Communicate with customers through phone, email, and other channels.
* Maintain customer records and update sales-related information.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
* Follow up on customer inquiries and provide timely support.
* Handle administrative tasks related to sales activities.




* Learn company products and processes to effectively support the sales team.

Eligibility Criteria
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Valuable spoken and written English communication skills.
* Proficient in using computers, MS Office, email, and internet applications.
* Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
* Solid organizational and communication skills.
* Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
