Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations during assigned shifts.
Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of supervisors, associates, and warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets.
Ensure timely receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery of goods.
Monitor workforce allocation and shift planning to maximize operational efficiency.
Track daily KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, turnaround time (TAT), and order fulfillment.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Conduct shift handovers and prepare daily operational reports.




Coordinate with transportation, inventory, procurement, and customer service teams for smooth operations.
Identify process improvement prospects to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
Monitor inventory movement and ensure stock accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
Resolve operational issues, customer escalations, and shipment delays promptly.
Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of warehouse equipment and resources.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
