Job Summary

The Centre Head is responsible for the overall management and performance of the centre. This role focuses on driving admissions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining academic quality, leading the centre team, and delivering an excellent experience for students and parents.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve admissions, revenue, and profitability targets.
Generate leads through local marketing activities and institutional partnerships.
Manage the daily operations of the centre and ensure operational excellence.
Monitor fee collections, expenses, and overall centre performance.
Ensure high standards of academic delivery and student satisfaction.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Lead, motivate, and develop the centre team to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in branch management, operations, business development, or the education sector.
Robust leadership, business development, and operational management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management abilities.
Target-driven, customer-focused, and capable of managing a high-performing team.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
