We're looking for a driven and ambitious marketing leader who can take full ownership of our sales and growth journey.

What You'll Do
Build and execute marketing and sales strategies from scratch
Drive recent client acquisition and grow revenue
Lead and inspire the sales team to perform at their best
Handle pitches, proposals, and client closures
Play a key role in taking the agency to the next level

What We're Looking For
7+ years in advertising, digital marketing, or any service industry
Someone who can think strategically and execute independently
Proven track record of bringing in business and hitting targets
Experience leading and mentoring a sales team
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
Ambitious, accountable, and passionate about growth
