Internship Details

Role: Growth Marketing Intern

Location: Remote (India)

Duration: 6 Months

Internship Type: Remote

Stipend: Performance-Based / As per discussion

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute growth marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.

Manage and grow Bookfleet's social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other platforms.

Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and promotional creatives.

Execute influencer marketing, referral campaigns, and campus ambassador programs.

Identify new marketing opportunities and growth channels.

Monitor campaign performance using analytics and prepare performance reports.





Work closely with the Founder and cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Must own a personal Laptop/Desktop with a reliable internet connection.

Solid communication and creative thinking skills.

Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar design/editing tools.

Passion for startups, digital marketing, and growth.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
