We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Major Account Practice Lead to drive growth and retention within our Employee Perks portfolio. This role focuses on managing and expanding business with large, complex employer groups. You will serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, fostering long-term partnerships, identifying cross-sale opportunities, and collaborating closely with internal underwriting and sales teams to deliver tailored, compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Act as the strategic advisor and trusted partner to C-suite executives (CHROs, CFOs, CEOs) and HR leadership of major employer clients.
Proactively identify client pain points (cost containment, employee engagement, compliance, wellness) and position our solutions to address them.
Business Development & Cross-Sell
Uncover cross-sale and up-sell opportunities within existing major accounts
Partner with clients to expand benefit offerings that enhance employee value proposition and control costs.
Collaborate with internal product specialists to introduce creative solutions (digital tools, data analytics, predictive modeling).
Loss Ratio control and Profitability Management
Achieve and sustain portfolio Loss ratio through pricing discipline and claim mitigation strategies.
Conduct monthly/quarterly Loss ratio reviews
Collaborate with claims teams and sales team to implement corrective action plan.
Internal Collaboration & Coordination
Work hand-in-hand with underwriting, actuarial, and sales support teams to design competitive, sustainable benefit programs.
Lead renewal strategy development, including rate negotiations, plan design changes, and risk assessments.
Serve as the voice of the client internally, ensuring seamless execution across operations, claims, and customer service.
